the subscription wording is very tricky. 38.95 a month no refunds. watch your credit card charges closely also not the easiest app to use if you are addressing certain issues with your dog.

Hi Susan, upon starting a subscription (be it Premium or a free trial), it will renew automatically until you opt to cancel. We always advise of this fact on the purchase screen. You're better off going to YouTube for dog training, I found better tips and tricks. They cost way too much money for their subscription and they are deceitful in their do not refund policy. Enjoy my one month subscription. You're not getting anything else from me.

There is nothing more irritating and deceitful than to sign up and pay for a trial period and then, without warning less than 30 days later, get charged automatically for more than double the initial fee. Everything about this transaction was unclear, difficult to handle and never verified or agreed to by me. I never even used the app and I am out $53.
