Actually, I had issues because I did not know that the app they wanted me to use is for I Phones only. So I had to contact them to get access to the web version. Thankfully, they got back to me right away, so I getting ready to start the first training session now.

犬との接し方について基本的なトレーニングが出来そうです。一人の経験では不足する普遍的な内容と考えます。

Unfortunately, I got confused about the currency being USD, not AUD. The support team were prompt in replying and helping me find a solution. Feedback was most welcome from me, which I feel is the most effective way to improve any service. Thank you to Mary for being patient and understanding with me!
Response from WoofzOct 9, 2025

Your thoughtful feedback truly helps us improve, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Wishing you and your pup all the best! 🐾

Seems like a great app for puppies. We have an almost 2 year old rescue very reactive dog and so far I haven’t found it helpful at his behaviors.
