Woofz offers a very cheap trial but provides no reminder before it converts to a $59.99 charge. If you forget to cancel and contact them the same day the fee appears, they still refuse a refund.

It is a scam!!! They will allow you to cancel, but they won’t refund you and it is not clear when you sign up that is $99.95 a month- you read that right $99.95 a month!!!! It appears at most it will be $19.95 a month when you sign up. What subscription service for an app charges that much!?!?!?

Charge for premium didn’t sign up for her and content is garbage
First they charged me for the premium app I never signed up for and I now have to dispute with my credit card company. But above and beyond that, even the premium content is absolutely garbage. They make you start at the very beginning regardless of your puppies age or where you are in their training process. If you’re somebody who has even these lightest bit of experience with dogs or puppies, this is going to be too basic. I don’t need the basic sit and stay command. She’s already doing that well, but I can’t skip forward. I have to at least pretend to go through all these stupid trainings before I can get to the part I need. But when I finally got to what I needed it’s absolutely worthless. Force you to do these idiotic quizzes that are better suited for a first grader. It is so basic that paying for it as an absolute waste of money. There are many free videos on YouTube. You’d be better off looking into. This app is a total waste of time. There’s nothing useful on here for me.

Please know we use secure payment systems like PayPal and Stripe, which require multi-step authorization, so all purchases are protected. Auto-renewal charges can sometimes come as a surprise, but all subscription details, including renewal dates, were clearly displayed, and you could cancel ahead of time directly in app. But we completely understand that in today’s busy online world, it’s easy to overlook something- so we’ve already processed a refund for your payment.
Also please note, if your pup already knows certain commands, you can skip lessons by tapping “My dog knows this command” at the bottom of the lesson screen to move forward to content that interests you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is refusing to refund my money even though I canceled before my 90 days were up. They are claiming the payment may have come in a day early on the internal side which is completely impossible and one of many excuses that they are using to deny me my money. I canceled in time based on what they claimed and they are still refusing to refund me and are trying to give every excuse not to give my money back. Woofz is a dishonest, thieving company. Don’t give them your money. They think giving me back the initial trial payment of $14.99 is suitable for not giving me my $59.99 back. I didn’t ask for the initial trial payment back, I asked for my $59.99 back that I canceled in time and am entitled to.
***I did contact Woofz support. Many times so stop replying saying to contact you and you will help. You didn’t. ****

Also wenn ich mir da Video anschaue bei Instagram.. denk ich mir .. wissen die eigentlich was sie da sagen? Wenn der Hund mit dir kuschelt, dich ableckt, dir hinterher läuft, dich anstupst oder an deine Hände leckt... wäre das Tiefe Entfremdung. Völliger Unsinn. Damit verunsichern sie die unerfahrenen Neu Hundebesitzer. Die natürliche sofort anspringen und denken sie machen etwas falsch.
Verstehe nicht wie man sowas glaube oder folgen kann.
Es hat überhaupt nicht mit Entfremdung zu tun.

Auto renewal, no reminders, no refunds
Be aware that they will auto-renew with no renewal reminders and you can sign up with multiple emails linked to one account - the auto renew at a huge price increase compared to the promotional prices you will pay to sign up. All auto renewal fees are non-refundable so they will just take the money and you’ll have no idea. Please be wary of this when signing up for the app, I would cancel the subscription after buying to make sure they don’t take 100s from you when you’re not expecting it.
