Positive experience, but subscription cancellation could be easier. Woofz is a great resource for dog owners, but the subscription management process could be improved. After training Kiko for several months and achieving the desired results I decided to pause the subscription. I found it a bit confusing to cancel at first, even though it was eventually resolved with the help of the app's support.
