I paid for a 3 month subscription to woofz, and started training my puppy and taught her how to sit on the first day with the app. Unfortunately, a week after purchasing my puppy fractured her elbow and will not be able to walk for 6 weeks. I reached out to Woofz to push back the subscription as I won’t be able to train her, and they reached back immediately and were so kind and understanding and gave me an extra 3 free months so we can take all the time we need. Company’s like that show they really care and especially about the well being of our animals. I also purchased the small up charge to get 24/7 live support, and that’s helped me so much as well in navigating my energetic puppy through this tough time with all of her restrictions. I highly recommend!!

This app is easy to use and is tailored for my puppy. It has taken us from rambunctious to more settled (puppy is still only 5 months old). She sits on command, comes running when called and is learning to 'leave it' when i drop unpuppy safe items on the floor. There are great tips throughout that help me learn the psychology of puppy training as well. I love that I can also have other members of the family join up as well so we are being consistant with commands. An added bonus is the expectation of how long a skill will reasonably take to learn. This helps me not to get frustrated when it's not happening as fast as I want. Would recommend this app.

Hey Sonya, Thank you for your detailed and positive review! It’s wonderful to hear that the app’s tailored, easy-to-follow approach is helping you and your puppy progress from rambunctious to more settled behavior. Features like step-by-step guides, practical tips on puppy psychology, and the ability for family members to join ensure consistent training and a strong bond. We also appreciate that the app sets realistic expectations on how long skills take to learn, helping you stay patient and motivated. Your recommendation reflects exactly how effective and user-friendly modern dog training apps can be, combining expert guidance with accessible tools for every stage of puppyhood! 🐶

They have amazing customer service! I saw an ad for training my pet and followed the steps to purchase a plan. However, when I tried to login to the app, my email address was not showing up as a valid account… I expressed some disappointment in a comment on another ad for training. A representative contacted me within minutes. I provided all my info and proof of purchase and at first, they still couldn’t find my account (email address). They literally went above and beyond to help and in less than 2 hours, the representative messaged me saying there was a glitch, and my email address was entered incorrectly. They found my account and provided the email address that was entered incorrectly, and I was able to login to start my plan. The representative even went above and beyond by correcting my email address! I only started the training plan today but so far, it’s working. If the training plan is as good as their customer service – they are unbeatable!
