Total Scam. Typical bait and switch. They charge you $40 USD per month for chat support? For what? a bot?Don't waste your money find a real in person dog trainer. At least you'll get you moneys worth. All of their info can be found on you tube for free.

This is a scam. Beware! They will add on all kinds of charges.

They steal your money from your credit card. I paid for the introductory period and canceled the subscription days later. A month later, they charged my account for $38.95, then, on the same day, they charged me $39.95. They give all sorts of excuses why they can't give you your money back and refuse. WARNING! -- UPDATE: All their communications are AI. I answered their reply as they requested below and got another AI message that continued to make excuses as to why they wouldn't return my money. Ive dealt with it through my credit card.

Surprise charges and unhelpful customer service responses. I was billed twice for the same service because I didn’t realize I had two subscriptions-one online and one through the App Store. I alerted them to this and they refused to refund one of the subscriptions

I was charged approximately R$100 and faced unnecessary barriers when trying to cancel my subscription and get my money back. When I contacted customer support, they refused to resolve the issue and simply redirected me to Apple, shifting the responsibility instead of addressing my complaint. A company should not make it difficult for customers to cancel subscriptions or obtain refunds. The lack of accountability and the way this situation was handled are unacceptable.

I’d leave less than a star if I could. This company accepted 2 memberships from same email address. Both unused. We were not contacted until we have charges on our card for $150. Company takes no responsibility and refuses to refund our money. That is lousy business practice. You’ve been warned.

BEWARE! I live in England (whereas the Woofz website states payments are in US $). I received a strange phone call this morning from a lady (also English) who'd been charged by Woofz twice in one day - she had no idea she'd been subscribed to them. Scariest of all for me, her bank statement showed the debit in the name of Woofz, but gave my address and phone number!!!! Yes, as part of their reference on her bank statement???!!! I used to run a dog walking, daycare and boarding service in London but recently relocated. They have clearly stolen my address and phone number from my website. I'm still looking into how I go about getting this information deleted from their scam. Absolute fraudsters - stay internet/scam safe everyone
