I recently adopted a three year old shelter rescue dog who needs training. So far the Woofz app has been helpful, providing explanation, instruction and guidance on basic commands and behavioral problems. As explained, it does take time and patience. I was concerned about the auto renewal unless cancelled feature when I signed up. I hope I don’t have the problems that others have reported in reviews about continuing to be charged, despite cancelling the subscription.

Update: I originally gave this one star (read below why). After my poor review they really came through. It still took a while before they figured it out, but I was updated daily on the status until the problem was resolved. All is good now! It’s too bad that I had to write a poor review in order to be heard. I really wanted this to work. It looks like. They have a lot of good information. Unfortunately I was never able to access the trainings. I paid my initial fee of $15 and it asked me for a password which I didn’t have. I clicked to update password, entered my email address as instructed and never received the update password emailed. I did check my junk mail just in case, but not there. Contacted support three different times, each time received a reply that it was all set now, but it never worked. I just kept being sent to the page asking for more money.

I do really like the app, and it has amazing training techniques, and is so helpful! clear instructions and user friendly, could do with few less notifications though, and a bit pricey, but overall would recommend this app
