That’s why our app is designed to grow with your pup, offering more tailored training options as they progress. We’re here to support you every step of the way—please don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected] if you need any tips or personalized guidance!

Hello Gemma, We’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced and appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We completely understand how disappointing it must have felt to expect a simple trial and instead be surprised by an ongoing subscription. To clarify, all subscription details, including auto-renewal, are displayed during purchase and outlined in our Terms of Use (https://www.woofz.com/terms-of-use/). That said, we regret if this wasn’t clear enough in your case. We also take seriously your comment about communication — welcome emails and reminders should never feel absent, and we’ll review this process to ensure it’s improved. We’re glad to hear a full refund was processed after your review, and we hope this shows our commitment to resolving concerns when they arise. Your feedback is very valuable, and we’ll continue working to make our service more transparent and user-friendly for all.

Hello Victoria! Thank you for reaching out. We completely understand how this situation may have been unexpected, and I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Our advertisements highlight key features and promotions, but all subscription details, including pricing and renewal terms, are outlined during the purchase process. We also encourage users to review our Terms of Use (https://www.woofz.com/terms-of-use/) before completing a purchase, as they provide full transparency on billing and subscription policies. According to this ad, you can see a banner on our website, which states that you'll be refunded after completing a challenge. So the first subscription period will be free to you if you follow every step of the training program. Hope it clarify the thing, but if any questions remain, feel free to reach out to [email protected]!
