I spent the time explaining my concerns. Anxiety and aggressively pulling on her leash. I paid for the "step by step" instructions. No videos or app. I could have received a more comprehensive plan using AI and it would have been free. Bottom line, a waste.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Like many others reviewing here I’ve had payments taken from my bank account without this company informing me of the ongoing subscription, cost or that payments are being taken. All very sneaky! I literally had no idea they’d signed me up to their ongoing subscription, never heard from them once and I had no email asking if I wanted to continue after the free trial period unlike all other apps I’ve used. Literally nothing! You go onto the app, try the free trial and then it quietly charges you a fortune. Just under £300 a year for an app? Totally ridiculous! After emails complaining they did offer to refund a third of the money that’s been taken, and also tried palming me off with free access to the app for the rest of the year. But seeing as I found the app useless to begin with, hence not signing up for the subscription I declined. This is a total scam way of behaving!

Awful. First and foremost their training platform is a joke. you could learn more by just googling basic tips. Be careful of this company as it will push you forward into a subscription without your awareness or authorization. Scammy, fake, crap service that upsells their abilities and just takes your money while you're not looking. No thanks.

I signed up for what appeared to be a 7-day introductory offer, but the payment and subscription process was not clear enough. I was later charged for access, and there was also a PDF training plan purchase that I still do not clearly understand where or how I purchased. Although the support team replied and refunded part of the charges, the overall experience was confusing. The website should make the payment flow, subscription renewal terms, and additional purchases much clearer before customers complete payment. I do not think the process was transparent enough, and I hope they improve this for future users.

I’ve tried and I believe I cancelled my subscription- still continues to go out I’m furious! This is absolutely a lock in type and I do NOT RECOMMEND

I cancelled my subscription back on April 5, 2026 and I keep getting charged $38.95, I emailed customer support numerous times without any help, they keep saying they are on it, all I want is to be refunded and for this company to stop taking money from me

Do not believe the 5 star ratings. This is a scamming company that instantly showed fraudulent activity on my bank account. Luckily my bank spotted it and blocked them. It was also then followed by a call from a scammer pretending to be from a fraud team, asking for my bank details. You are warned...do not use this app or give them any bank details.

It has been 2 weeks since my last review and I am still no closer to getting my refund from this company!! They keep sending me emails responding that the case is still not closed with my payment servicer PayPal which it is. I have sent them screen shots of the closed claims so they can refund my money for a service that is bogus, doesn’t work and I didn’t ask for. Now they are no longer responding to my emails for status and that means I will continue to post my negative reviews on here and everywhere else I can find l. DO NOT BE SUCKERED I TO PAYING FOR THIS APP!! They will go to every length to NOT honor good customer service and issue a refund. In this case, the CUSTOMER is the one to suffer… mad as hell and BBB has been contacted ***See the misleading response from them below! They sent me an email right after saying they are still refusing to refund because the purchase was valid on their end…. SCAMMERS***
