Easy to follow instructions. Videos reinforced what you need to work with your dog on. I liked the instructions about how much time to spend on each module and or how many times to practice. A very positive experience One tip if you are using you phone ensure font size is not too large as you cant see the bottom of the page

Seems to work as an app but found it a bit topsy turvey. I’d really like to have started on toilet training and practical stuff like leaving the puppy safely alone for short periods

Hello Joanne, Thank you for your feedback! 😊 For toilet training and helping your puppy stay safely alone, I’d recommend checking out our Potty Training Troubleshooting section as well as the programs specifically designed for separation and independence. These step-by-step guides are built to help you gradually train your puppy at a comfortable pace while reinforcing positive behaviors. If you’d like, our support team can also send you direct guidance to the exact modules to get started quickly, just reach out at [email protected]!
