I've been billed 40$ twice this week. I can't get in touch with anyone to get answers. This site is a scam. Don't use it.. they steal your money.

Beware - it's a subscription scam. They auto signed me up for subscription that I gave no authorisation for. It was advertised as a one time fee, and there's no way to unsubscribe. Three weeks later I got two random charges for different amounts from them. One of which was much larger than the original fee I paid. When I contacted support they said they would refund the smaller $10 amount ignoring the larger fee. They never refunded anything. I had to cancel my card. If you go on Reddit there are loads of people who had the same issue - people getting subscribed with no notice for fees up to $99 per month.

This app charged me twice at two different rates for a trial of the app then added another “zen manual” I did not purchase. Plus I spent hours trying to even access the site and app which were both locking me out to be able to cancel the subscriptions. I will be disputing charges with my credit card. The training I saw is pretty basic and left such a sour taste in my mouth after all the issues that I don’t even care about it now. Colossal waste of time and money.

Have been trying since February 2026 to cancel subscription. Their site is basically worthless, not helpful. The app does not have the support needed, for training and seemingly impossible to cancel. I cancel, get notice it is cancelled and the billing continues. This site is a total scam, beware!

A week in and Havent done anything yet, the app wouldnt download

Every day Woofz attempts to remove money from my bank account. I canceled within the trial. My 1999 was refunded, however every single day there are 4 to 6 attempts and withdrawing various amounts of money from eight dollars to $79 multiple times during the day I have shut down my bank account in terms of keeping zero balance on it. I have exchanged over 100 emails back-and-forth with the company who claims that the withdrawals are driven by an automated system which cannot be interrupted and therefore for the rest of my life, Woofx is going to try to take money out of my account. I have not closed my account because I need to have record of their attempts. I am very worried. They are going to try to send me to collections and destroy my credit rating. Do not try to use WOOFZ. there are plenty of other dog training methods out there that will not try to put you in the poor house.

Their printable training plan is worthless. And they followed a month after I purchased the plan with an UNAUTHORIZED charge of $99.99 without any communication with me. Luckily the card company blocked the charge. Keith seeing their advertisement of a customized training plan that would improve my puppy's behavior. Well the plan is for six commands (sit, stand, come, off, down and drop it). How can these stop a dog from barking, biting and excessive chewing?
