Just to reassure you — we don't own your personal payment details, so your subscription won't be reactivated unless you choose a new plan yourself. Additionally, as far as I can see, our team is already working on your case. Please keep an eye on your inbox and make sure to check all folders, including Spam, Junk, and Promotions/Newsletters, as our reply may occasionally end up there.

You can gradually replace treats with: •Toys or playtime as rewards •Verbal praise and petting •Short, fun games your dog enjoys We know transitions like this take time and patience, and we’re here to support you along the way.
