Do not fall victim to this scam. I paid $38 and received 3 sentences for training. The information that is provided ia s already free on the internet. They refused to refund my money.

Very disappointing experience. I was charged for a subscription/training plan, but I did not receive proper login credentials, password setup link, magic login link, or clear access instructions for the service I paid for. Support refused a refund and claimed the account was created and accessed. However, creating an account in their system does not prove that the service was properly delivered to me. Even worse, after support confirmed in writing that my subscription was cancelled and that no further charges would occur, woofz.pet.care continued attempting to charge my card multiple times for different amounts. I had to contact my card issuer and consider a formal dispute/chargeback. Be very careful with this service and check all billing terms before entering your card details.

Yet another app with auto renew information hidden or obscured in the fine print. We paid for a 3 month subscription, used the app for the intended purpose and were then hit with a $95 renewal. I asked for a refund, and they refused stating there renewal was clearly stated. Not the case. Steer clear.

Update!!!! Still haven't heard from Woofz, it is now 7/18/26. As I said, SAVE YOUR MONEY Save your money, you can get much better advice by going online for free or going to library. Sent email to cancel and refund my money with 1.5 minutes of the order. They refused to refund, and oh, I am allowed to sign into the site till what they charge expires. Their customer service is sassy when you ask for refund. They don't care they just want your money.

I am absolutely shocked that in 2026 dogs are still being trained based on punishment. This app is a shocking example of that. I cannot recommend this to anyone. It is possible to train a dog in a way that builds a healthy self-esteem for the dog and at the same time a good relationship with the owner. Choose another app.

All of our training programs, exercises, and guidance focus on building a healthy relationship with your dog while encouraging good behavior in a supportive, reward-based way. I never signed up with them. I’ve no idea who they are yet they’ve taken £179.85 off me in 3 months. The “subscription” was taken out in January. I have no emails or knowledge of this. I do not follow them on social media or have the app. How they got my details is a mystery and now I can’t get hold of them to ask them how or why this happened and will need to put up a dispute to get money back for a subscription I never signed up for. BUYER BEWARE.

Would not recommend on so many levels. First of all, the “training” they use is basic knowledge. They force you into a path to follow. Their subscription is a scam from day 1 they say one price then fail to tell you when your subscription expires. I got charge for a live chat that I didn’t know I had nor did I use it. You try to cancel and I could only find their email address on their website and they say they never got it. SAVE YOUR MONEY I am still fighting with them about the charges.
