UPDATE: I'm adding two stars back because they did respond and refunded my account. I shouldn't have had to deal with that, but glad they responded. I tried canceling this online last month because I do not use this service. I bought the three month plan and thought it would run out. Well. I guess it did and they charged my account $149, without notice. They did not cancel my account as requested. I tried to report a problem and part of their website doesn’t allow you to answer a question so I am unable to send the complaint. This company is fraudulent! Avoid!!

Please note that we always provide a clear notice about the renewal terms on the purchase screen, whether it’s for a Premium plan or a free trial. Please kindly note that our subscriptions do not renew unless they remain active, and cancellations must be made within the app or by contacting our support team. Once a subscription renews, the billing is processed securely through third-party platforms such as Stripe and PayPal, ensuring that no further charges occur after cancellation.
