Had a computer glitch cause a problem in purchasing the program, but customer service sorted it out. I wish there was a direct communication channel other than email, but a resolution was eventually obtained. As far as the training lessons go, I find them clearly understandable and easy to engage in with the timer tracking progress. I have begun to see growth in my dog's behavior.

We’re still early days but so far the training seems to be working. It’s nice that we don’t have to commit more than a few minutes for each session and the instructions are really clear.
