Thought I was buying a one off 4 week course for £7.89. Opened my bank account to find not only had they taken a continuous ongoing payment of £7.89 but also another £11 which I had not signed up for. Impossible to contact to rectify, when I eventually managed to contact customer service, they claimed I did not have a subscription and have not responded since . What a scam! Do not use!

I paid roughly £5 for a one-week trial, but they immediately took another £6 for absolutely no reason.To make matters worse, the app automatically generated a password when I signed up. When I tried to log in on my phone, it asked for that password, which I was never given. I have clicked "reset password" multiple times, and it refuses to send me the link.I have paid money and now I cannot even access the training I purchased. I was actually planning on keeping this app, but after getting double-charged and completely locked out of my account, I definitely won't be carrying on with it. Gutted as well because its not like I've got the money to just throw around. Just had an email saying my email isn't registered even though I've literally had an email off them on it before this. What a stressful experience.

Signed up for £18.99/ quarter. Fine. The training app is great and the dog is really progressing. However I found several payments of random amounts had been taken from my bank account. Their customer service is shocking. I was told that their terms and conditions state that there are extras that warrant payment. Due to circumstances I didn't use the app at all for the first 2 months yet I was charged "extras". I couldn't find the terms and conditions or see my subscription account on the app, but couldn't login to their website because my details were unrecognised. Tried updating my password, copied and pasted the new one - still unrecognised. Did some research. Apparently their system works by getting you to sign up on Play then make an account on their website. That way you have two accounts. You can only see the subscription on your Play account. Meanwhile they're fleecing you via your hidden account on their website. Given my details were permanently unrecognised they probably have their website set up to prevent you logging in. Long story short, I am currently raising a case through the BBB (US trading standards). I am determined to get my money back. Hopefully everyone who has had their money stolen by Woofz will do the same and stop them doing this to other unsuspecting customers in the future.

Horrible. Don’t trust them. They charged my credit card card 3 times when for over 30 When I contacted them they refused to reverse the charges. I only signed up for a trial mebership

I paid for four weeks of training, but then my dog was diagnosed with an obsessive compulsive disorder and put on medication so I needed to wait to start the training. WOOFZ has NOT been user-friendly.THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER THAT WORKS. AND I HAVE TRIED THEIR TECH SUPPORT #, THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT & THEIR ONLINE CONTACT INFORMATION. I just keep getting a reply that it doesn’t recognize either of my two emails which I would’ve used in sign up. Very very frustrating.

I was never able to access the app. Numerous emails and no help. Total waste of money. I’ve asked numerous times for a refund. Not happened as yet

This has been one of the most frustrating subscription experiences I’ve ever had. I signed up because your advertising mentioned a free trial and a money-back guarantee if I wasn’t happy. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. First, the training plan completely ignored the information I provided. I explained that my dog, Daisy, already knew many basic commands, yet the app started from “Day 1” as if I had just brought home an 8-week-old puppy. It was repetitive, boring and not personalised. Second, the billing has been unacceptable. Even after cancelling and contacting support several times, your system kept trying to charge my card for different amounts (US$39, US$35, US$23…). Every time I thought the issue was resolved, another payment attempt appeared. I no longer trust your billing system. Instead of feeling supported, I felt like I had to constantly monitor my bank account to make sure I wasn’t charged again. I would never recommend a service where cancelling a subscription turns into this much stress. Very disappointed

Buyer Beware I have tried several times to cancel but all they send me in response to my cancellation emails is a message saying we got your message and our team is on it and will get back to you and they never do and they continue to charge your card. The app is very user friendly but it moves way slower than the average dog learns. There is no help or support as they promise. No one responds to your emails.
