They will rip you of.
They will rip you of. My watch arrived with a piece of hair in it. I live in Sweden. Even if their product was default they wanted me to pay shipping for the repairs. I had some luck getting the hair out at a clock master in my town. Just a few years later it broke. 90 dollars they want to repair it. For a 300 dollar watch. And that I once again pay the shipping on about 200 dollars Cause that is what a package cost if you pay for it to go there and back again gentlemen. Well DO NOT EVER buy from these thieves again

Don’t buy from this company they sell…
Don’t buy from this company they sell inferior products that break easily and they don’t care about there customers. I bought a watch strap from Jord which was badly manufactured and failed within 2 months. I have received a refund because they couldn’t give me a replacement however I feel angry because the cost of getting the £80 back has left me out of pocket and taken a considerable amount of time.

Recommend Against It
Bought a watch and paid for it to be sized by Jord. They kept the money and never sized the watch for me. Annoying, but could be an honest mistake. Took it to a watch shop to be sized. Links broke and owner said the link lock mechanism was very suspect. Easily could be him just making excuses. After three months, finally got them to replace the watch. They accused me of stealing it and added some odd extra hoops to jump through. Again, the mailed watch was not sized by them. Took it to a different shop to be sized. Broke again :D. Don’t bother. Pricey, poorly constructed, and not worth the effort or the money

Low quality and very disappointing
I ordered a wood watch from this website thinking that I would receive a wonderful high quality watch. However, what I received was a poor quality wooden watch, probably also fake, made with cheap materials. On the third day of use the watch fell off of my arm as the links were no longer able to hold together the parts. I reported the incident and I was told to fill out a RMA which I have done twice without any respond. Beware when considering buying from this website!
