Very poor Customer service and products such as lawnmowers are of poor quality I bought a Flymo lawnmower, and nothing but trouble, went to Customer services and they were no help at all... I will not be purchasing another one there that's for sure

Truly lousy customer service. Two days after placing an order I received an email saying it was on its way with a tracking number for Fastway. But Fastway had no tracking number and later in response to a query said it did not have the parcel. Repeated requests to Woodies were met with the same stock response - they would email Fastway & let me know what was happening. Then nothing. Customer service is generally bad in Ireland, but this is among the worst I have experienced. My first and last time to order something from Woodies.
