Hi Destini, Thanks for highlighting this issue to us. We pride ourselves on fast delivery times, so this is disappointing to hear. I spoke with management about this and they are working to get this scheduled for you. I know how frustrating this can be, but I am confident you will be getting a phone call very soon. Most items are available for delivery within 2-4 weeks of ordering. Due to supply chain disruptions with deliveries in the US, this lead time could be up to 10 weeks.

We know that buying items online can be challenging, which is why we educate our customer care team about all our products and refund policy. That way, they can better answer customer questions when they arise. The customer care team has informed us that they have spoken with you and have resolved your issues. I truly apologize this has been a poor experience.
