This sucks
When we received our stove it was damaged, the door trim kit was damaged, the ash box was damaged and now week 2 and the stove is setting outside and we haven't heard from anyone about a replacement. It's been a very negative experience for us, all we needed was answers. Now I would never deal again with wood fireplace depot. Sorry but I still don't have a stove and out 3600.00
