Received as a gift… Ace Ventura clearly delivered… box was smashed, seal inside broken,leakage

My wife paid extra to get the B on the hoof of the cork on a bottle of marked up blantons. They sent a N when you call them your out on hold and the they disconnect. Blantons should ban them

They made a normal order wait for 9 business days and then canceled the order out of the blue. I reached out and was told the item is no longer available. No apologies for dragging a gift for nearly half a month. Will never oder again.

Terrible. I placed an order on December 16 as a holiday gift and on January 7, the order has still not been delivered to the recipient. And I even paid over $50 for shipping. I have tried several times to reach the Company but no one has bothered to return the message. Do not waste your time and money with Wooden Cork.

Took my additional shipping fee and still got my order to me late. Can’t return or cancel. Be sure before you order because customer service is complete trash.

Significant errors in communication. My order should have arrived before Christmas, I paid for faster shipping but it didn’t matter. Not only did my order not arrive for Christmas, it still hasn’t arrived.

16 day turnaround time (8 days processing/8 days in transit) for an online order of an in-stock product flies in the face of modern consumer expectations, especially for a luxury item. And Wooden Cork has the audacity to ask customers to include a tip for their warehouse employees?! I've officially made my last purchase with them.

It has been 16 days since ordered, most of my online orders are received within 8 - 10 days. Past 2 orders have shipped in 3 days each time, this order took 9 days to ship and have not received in 8 days yet.
