Very Good! I'm looking forward for VIPS tickets (M&G) now.

Everything worked out perfectly. Well organized and absolutely not pushy. You can truly enjoy your experience. Kinda wish there'd be an easier way to contact costumer support though.

Amazing experience

My only complaint is that I ordered my fan on 9-16 and it took 2 months to receive it. AND it shipped from the same state that I live in!

It was great seeing Ty Dolla Sign looking forward into using this service again.

missing the guitar pick. Wrote them about it but have not heard a peep

Since I've done so many meet and greets, I know how the whole process works and I don't get upset with things that may be out of your control. I think y'all do the best you can. When it comes to the Backstreet Boys, you're dealing with thousands of crazy women who think it should go their way and nothing should ever go wrong. You guys do the best you can! I'm satisfied.

Quick with their response to mu queries, and very clear with the explanations.
