Every order has worked fine.

Some sizes were out of stock for a while, had to order small

The service was great and the design was very cool. One thing that sometimes a little annoying once you tighten the bracelet the bracelet can get loose, but I wrap the excess yarn around each other.

Over all great experience. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 as follows: Even though I purchased week of show I feel instructions could have been a tad better. I was told to go pick up my packet at Will Call before the show, no time was given. I did text the number provided and was promptly given a time(good job there!) Received packet at show very easily but only then did I know I could have brought an item to be autographed. But band did autograph VIP lanyard :) Always feel so rushed at these things, my husband didn't get all of his signatures. BUT... it was taken care of, so that was very good. REALLY wish there had been a professional photographer there(especially for $150 M&G) my pic is not the best, but at the same time I am very pleased to have it :) But, Overall a great experience. I would recommend it. If I get the chance again I may splurge for us to do the Ultimate VIP Heard and saw some of it from the next room and it looked Awesome! Night Ranger is one of our very fave bands and would love the pre-show huddle experience. Rock On!

site is a bit confusing through the phone but i’m a smart person i figured it out

The Time between Meet & Greet and the Concert start was way to long
