Julia Michaels was lovely to meet and gives great hugs! However, as a 'VIP' experience, I would have expected something beyond just a photo op. For instance, the whole process seemed very rushed. Also, participants weren't given notice if we could bring items to have autographed. Or alternatively, provide some signed merch, such as a poster. These are 'value-added' incentives that make Meet & Greets truly once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Not very friendly at meet and greet .. It was like ok just stay here to take the picture... it was a moment instead an experience.

My main complaint was that I bought 2 VIPs. One for me and one for my son. We only got 1 picture. I paid for TWO. I've done BSB VIPs with friends and we each get a pic because we each paid for one. If we're in each others picture it's 2 different pictures. Because we bought TWO. I know that they were rushing with Baylee's but it's not okay to jip fans on their purchase to save time. For that matter I didn't have to buy my son his own VIP. He could have just come in with me. This is nothing against Baylee, he was great.
