Terrible
Terrible. Had pay for additional shipping for a package that was never sent to me. After paying for the shipping, waited a month and had to follow up where the package was. Seems they had forgot about it.

The items you're referring to were ultimately not produced, and a refund for those items was issued on 11/13/19 to your original method of payment. Fanclub closed 2 wks after joining
I joined the joe nichols fanclub and 2wks later the fanclub waS no longer. If this was known they should have disabled the option to join fanclub. I paid for aa fanclub for nothing.
