I find every fan event is less organized as time goes by. I’ve been to a number of meet and greet plus after party’s, individual backstreet boys events. I understand each venue is different but those kinks should be worked out hours before fan events start. The only person who seems to know and try to make things better is Kat. She is a total life saver. She is only 1 person and can’t possible organize hundreds of people alone. I’ve paid thousands of dollars to wait in lines for hours with no access to water or washrooms then have 2 seconds with the Backstreet Boys. During which time I’m being yelled at to keep moving. I’m not expecting minutes as I know there are hundreds of other people waiting but some common courtesy and respect would be nice. I have to say the last 5 after party’s (last Vegas, toronto, Vancouver, philly, Pittsburgh) I’ve been to have been the worst organized events. The last Vegas after party had me in a panic attack because there was so many people and I couldn’t move at all. It was a complete fire hazard. No one seemed to know where the picture line was and it wasn’t announced. After the picture where everyone was rude including the backstreet boys I wanted to stay and see them sing or dance but had to leave due to the overcrowding. Plus I had no idea where they were going to be coming out. The single events I’ve been to for Nick and Howie have been amazing but the logistics terrible. Just to give you an idea of how many events/concerts I’ve been to here’s a little list: I’ve never missed a concert/event in toronto or Hamilton in 26 years, I went to 5 DNA concerts (toronto, Vancouver, Hershey twice, Pittsburgh, New Jersey) all VIP, 4 DNA after party’s, 2 Howie listening sessions, 6 vegas shows with 3 after party’s all VIP, Nicks pool party in Vegas, I’ve also never missed a Nick event in 26 years concert or otherwise. I know it’s not as much as other people but it’s an enormous amount of money to. I love backstreet boys and pay the money but am asking for respect during check ins, events and concerts.

I bought first day, first minute, first second my Backstreet Boys's tickets for Argentina 2020. Im disagree because I got it starting 5 line... the firsts lines are exclusive only The Famous... to another fans happened the same. We're got the same rights and much more than famous because WE BUY IT... and the famous not, they get it like a gift. I worked so hard to buy my ticket.

this time you were ok, but only because i ordered a digital FC membership, so there wasn't really room for error and/or mistreatment and such, but the reminder to write my review is what made me choose 1 star. the reason i didn't write a review in the first place was that i didn't want you to think, based on this single review, that i think your service is good in general, because it's not even close, it's terrible, the exact opposite of your company name, so on top of everything you also remind me to write a review? seriously?! well then, you got one.

I bougth the WU membership to buy tickets to the bsb concert in mexico couldnt get any. In mexico all the tickets were sold before the presale day
