A little cumbersome.

Shipping is high...

I had a user/pw previously, it wanted me to change my pw and every time i tried it looped back to same screen. Ended up just creating new account with new email.

I have been in several Wonderful Union's fanclubs. They are overpriced on package deals and such. They make it difficult for fans to get good seats without paying for expensive packages.

Very tricky to find where to change my billing info

It took me quite awhile to find the tickets through the fan club. I still am not 100% sure I got the fan seating for a meet and greet. My wife and I will be celebrating 23 years together two days before the concert, so I wanted things to be special. Here’s hoping they will be. 😊

I did not have the best VIP experience at the St. Louis Sept 6th Backstreet Boys Show. Being in the pit (DNA Circle) for this show was awful. The lights were so blinding up close to the stage, having sensory overload was nearly unavoidable. There were so many times I had to look down at the floor because all the special effects were chaotic being up that close. Other fans I talked to were having difficulty with it too. I actually had to leave with a medical team against my will because I felt so dizzy during the last 2 songs of the night. For nearly $900 I felt there could have been more options for us... being a shorter person, I also couldn't hardly reach up to touch their hands when they reached down to touch fans. I understand for safety reasons the stage has to be up higher but I could hardly see anything. I will not be doing the DNA circle or pit at another show. The pit wasn't nearly like this when they had a residency in Vegas. I have been to many BSB shows in my life and this was awful..and it was on my birthday :'(

There hasn’t been any follow-up information on how the VIP package works as far as timing of sound check and backstage access.
