Once I finally received it the merchandise was of good quality and was as described. However the customer service and lack of communication on the part of Wonderful Union was inexcusable. At the time the order was placed in September I understood the shipping date would be October 15. Not only was it not shipped until over a month later, there was no communication to explain or apologize for the delay.

The price was way high for what I got. Staff was routinely confused and created anxiety for some people. Staff told some people with one badge they could go in one area but then other people would tell the exact same people that weren't allowed there. It was really just disorganized. And again for the 10 seconds (we counted). That we got to be there with the group it was not worth the negativity of the rest of the night. Additionally Becca telling me to move faster and stop being slow but I had a broken foot that was fully booted and they ignored that and was rude to me

Wasn't notified of membership expiring, so had to search site to find out how to renew and all the rules had changed and still only a "member" in paying for it. Use to be some benefits for the membership. That has changed over the years as well.

I am SO tired of FanClub renewal "packages" that are advertised in the "Renew Now!!!" email, being unavailable. Do NOT send me a package that I would be MORE than happy to purchase that hasn't been available for months. Have one that is around all year. It's not my fault my renewal date doesn't fall during the 2 months the "special" exists and you won't allow people to renew early. We're happy to put in money in the artists pockets (er, I mean yours), LET US!!!

I bought the membership because it is supposed to give priority to buy tickets, but when I logged in to buy at the hour they said, the first 4 lines where already sold out because there was some agreement with travel agencies, which is really unfair

While I appreciate the meet and greet experiences, I consider There’s a lot to improve. Vip experiences are terribly expensive and yet terribly poor in quality and time. These vip packages frequently claim to include Marketing stuff that never ends up being given to the buyer. Or if they are, it’s useless stuff Like posters, often cheap. Who wants posters in 2019? It should be better thought, actually caring for what they are offering. Treatment of fans is similar to treatment of cows, lining them up and yelling at them. It should be taken into account that most fans are over 30 years old and will not misbehave like teenagers. Photos are always taken in a rush, many of them resulting in poor quality photos. Always in a rush, always running, always out of time. If you’re going to offer this service, you should consider the necessary amount of time in advance to make it a real vip experience. Zero care for the fans that are paying crazy amounts of money for this type of experiences.

My shipment was prompt, however I received defective merchandise and I'm still awaiting Wonderful Union's remedy of the issue
