First time VIP Experience
This was the first time we have chosen a VIP experience and everything went just perfectly! From the on-line ordering process to the pickup of our credentials was so easy to do. We had a question about our event and I contacted the office by text after office hours. I received a prompt response early the next day. Our event's check-in time was moved up. We were given plenty of notice and when we arrived, our envelope was ready and waiting. We could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you!
