I have been with the people for 6 months or more. Sales were slow, but I'm a new author, so this was expected. They seemed to be putting some effort into none, but suddenly everything went black. No contact, no marketing. Absolutely nothing. I had 6 books I published with them. I was finding local buyers approaching me for signings. I knew my books were selling, but even after the three months Amazon published being necessary for royalty payments, I was getting none. I contacted my project manager, the sales rep and ever the company president. Maybe out of business? There's nothing that indicates that. Also, book sales are in their account, not mine. Be warry of these people.
