I recently purchased a shoulder bag with Blue Wolf. Excellent experience with this company. However, the delivery company failed to deliver and were no help. They referred me back to Blue Wolf. Ther customer care was excellent. They kept me fully informed and very professional. They really cared about resolving my issue. I know have a beautiful shoulder bag. Thank you Blue Wolf.

I am 60 years old and I chose blue wolf watch designs as my choice to start a watch collection... now this being my first time selecting and picking out attractive well-built quality watches.. with my first order I was naive to how to select certain watches and the look I was trying to seek.. with my first order I ordered two watches and one of them being a watch that I had made a mistake ordering and I knew it was not the watch I wanted.. after observing the quality of the two watches I received I knew I wanted to continue with blue wolf and a sales associate specialist Suzanne Lopez got a hold of me through email and showed much concern and effort in making sure I was happy.. I must admit before she got hold of me and before noticing the quality of the watch pieces I received I was contemplating on sending the order back.. but the quality of the two watches I received was amazing and Suzanne's customer service was also amazing in handling a offer that was too good to be true! I now have my third watch on the way! Suzanne eliminated the hassle and time of returning the watch piece I did not order or liked and allowed me to also hold on to that watch as Suzanne and blue wolf very generously processed a new shipment for my third watch basically ending up only paying for shipping.. I look forward to displaying my blue wolf cases with my watches in my bedroom for the rest of my life!.... I had some problems with my flat leather shoes. I asked an assistant for help, and I got an answer immediately from blue wolf. Suzanne Lopes, a member of blue wolf, was very kind to offer me a very good deal which I accepted and I am expecting these new shoes in two sizes more. The good humanity was very appreciated. Courteous and Professional action when interacting with Suzanne at Blue Wolf customer services

I have never purchased shoes on line before and was concerned about the success. I wore the shoes on the plus carpet of my apartment until satisfied with my selection and the size and comfort they provided. They fit the expectation and I’m delighted with the success of my purchase.

I ordered a pair of black shoes in the past and was very pleased by the softness of the lather and the perfect fit I use them every day at the gym and for casual wear. I was so pleased that i order a second pair in a different color. when the second pair arrived I was not so please with the color. the color in the picture was very light and soft looking. the ones I received was a little darker not what i expected. After mentioning my dissatisfaction they sent me a new black pair and told me to keep the one pair I was not satisfied with. I found that very generous and will keep ordering from this company all of their products that i need. I strongly suggest dealing with this company. This is a real review. My name is Elliott Mamann
