Need to exchange shoes for different size No response from them at all. Won’t respond yo emails or answer the calls Negative stars. Do not buy them.

Camera. Bought a pair of shoes size 8.5. Not sure size they sent me as no .markings in shoes to indicate size. Nothing at all. Several emails to them asking them to exchange them for size 9. This has been going on for 2 weeks with their response is we have sent the request to the dept that handles that. I have once again asking them to see where it is in the process. They are giving me a runaround. At this point I don't expect them to respond. Never will buy from them again

I purchased leather???? Flexible foot sandles approx Jun 2025 Ist the velcro fastening was all exposed nevery trimmed 2nd The back strap is so far forward from the heel the shoe won't fit 3rd Not worth the postage I do not recommend them as a reliable supplier

I ordered and received confirmation with a tracking number.. I followed closely but there was huge delays.. I emailed them and got no response... I never received the sandals that I ordered.. just nothing at all but they have my money... This is a huge scam.. Do not order.. I will be reporting this to the authorities..This is theft and fraud.... I encourage everyone who has been through this nightmare to also report them to the proper authorities..

I ordered a £34 cotton/linen shirt, but unfortunately, the shirt I received did not match the description at all. It was neither made of cotton nor linen as claimed, and the size L was more like a size S (or M). Since then, I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but I've received no response! I highly recommend avoiding Wolfbluestore at all costs!

Horrible! This is not a legit business, just a skeleton product online store. I paid nearly $60 for a pair sandals that came in a bag, smashed together like they came from an Asian hair supply store. The shoes were at least 2 sizes too small and they were CHEAP!! I was told to take a picture so that they could determine the validity of my claim and refused to give me a return address for those janky shoes!👀 I wouldn’t throw them to my dog to chew on. I’ll let my CC Company handle it.
