BUYERS BEWARE. On the surface, the site looks great however my experience has been anything but. Excited about their products, I placed my first order with Witchsy. After placing my online order, I received my PayPal receipt however no confirmation email from Witchsy. Checked both Inbox and Junkmail over the next several days, still no confirmation directly from Witchsy. Didn’t get too worried and figured either a shipping notice would be emailed or product would arrive in the mail. After several weeks of nothing I emailed the Witchsy support email address found on their website. Silence. Emailed them again. Silence. Even attempted to receive some sort of order update by using their alternate (fake?) person/support account “Keith” to no avail. What am I left with? Been charged but no product. No email responses. No phone number on website to call and inquire. I will NEVER order from them again. I don’t leave online reviews but wanted others to know about my experience them. I’ll just order directly their artists webshops/websites instead. Use Witchsy at your own risk.

Watch out! This is NOT like Etsy, which has good customer service and accountability. My experience has been very negative. Items I ordered never shipped. I contacted both Witchy and the artist multiple times regarding order, and they neither party responded. After 13 days (one day before party), I requested that order be canceled if the items had not already shipped, as the items would no longer be needed. But still no response. Contacted PayPal for refund. Later that afternoon I receive a message from Witchsy that the order had just now shipped, despite the fact that it was no longer needed. But that’s not all. Despite a shipping label having been created, USPS has never received that package. It has been four days now and there has been neither shipment nor refund. So you might want to think twice before using this host site.

I've made 2 purchases through Witchsy. The first one (a hat) took a long time to arrive. The second never arrived at all (and it's been over two months). I love their vibe, but the horrible customer service is enough to keep me away for good.

It only took just over a week for my order to arrive (from America to the UK). The items are even better than expected and the artist and Witchsy co-founder (Penelope Gazin) even added a few free items. Extremely happy with the quality of the pieces and their service.

I ordered from Witchsy not even two weeks ago and have already received my products (in Canada). I accidentally made 2 orders and requested one of the shipping charges be refunded and the orders amalgamated and they refunded me even though they had already sent the products separately (I didn't know this until they arrived)! That is some SERIOUS customer service commitment. As an art student living in Toronto I go to a lot of pin & patch pop-ups and I must say their products are made SUPER well, nice thick pins with supportive clasps. Also If anything else Witchsy is just a super fun online store with items you wouldn't normally find at even your local favourite stores. All in all speedy delivery, great service, and a-m-a-z-i-n-g art products!

I ordered several pins from Witchsy, all in one order. By the time the pins arrived, I've received 15 emails from Witchsy. That's correct, they thought it was ok to email me FIFTEEN times about ONE order. What a horrible customer service!
