Regarding your initial issue with the hosting option not appearing during domain ordering, this is not a general system malfunction but rather a template-specific adjustment. If you've cloned the original template, modifications may be necessary to align it with the latest updates. As WISECP continues to evolve, template compatibility adjustments can sometimes be required, which is a common practice across all billing platforms. As for WISECP V5, the claim that "you’ll only be able to import clients" is incorrect. All existing integrations, modules, and APIs will continue to function as they have in previous versions. If you are using a custom template, you may need to adapt it for the new version—just as has always been the case with prior updates. However, there is no requirement to rewrite APIs or modules from scratch. We are committed to delivering a flexible and scalable platform, and our updates are designed to enhance functionality while maintaining compatibility. When we examine the message history in your support tickets, we see that you received a response to your messages within a maximum of 7 hours and complained about this. As stated in our service usage agreement, although the maximum response time of your support messages by us is 24 hours, we return to our users and provide solutions within 30 minutes to 3 hours on average. Even though we are out of office hours and it is late at night, we see that our staff helped you with great dedication and provided a solution. Hello Thank you for your feedback. Our general response to your repeatedly edited message is as follows: - In your first message, you claimed that there was no support service in the software, but it turns out that you wrote this because you did not get a response to an email you actually sent by updating your message later. This does not mean that support services are not provided in the software. Otherwise, this would be a great injustice to our support team. - The message you sent may not have reached us in any way, it may have been overlooked among hundreds of messages, or it may not have reached us at all. This does not mean that support is not available. - You did not use the product in any way, you did not send us a message through the ticket system, which is our official support channel. If you had done this, we would have been able to assist you quickly and effectively, as we have provided to our other users. - You said it's the pre-sales section of our community forum, but you don't have any messages there either. If you had sent a message there, perhaps you would have gotten a response. - In this review, you stated that your aim was not to damage the product. However, you posted a message claiming that there are no support services in the software in general, even though your problem is that you did not receive a response to a message you sent. Sorry, but your intention doesn't seem sincere. You can rest assured that your feedback will be forwarded to our relevant department and necessary measures will be taken. It is very easy to delete them. We respect your inconvenience and we will discuss it with our team. - The Virtualizor module is already running smoothly and thousands of our users are currently selling virtual servers with the Virtualizor module. The Virtualizor module currently supports basic functions. But you can be sure that we will improve it in the future. Merhaba Hesabınızda yapılan incelemelerde, "Profesyonel Ömürlük Lisans"ınızı bir başkasına satmak amacıyla hesabınızın devir edildiği tespit edildi. Bu durum hesabınızı satın alan kişi tarafından ayrıca itiraf edilmiştir. Yaptığınız eylem hizmet sözleşmemizin 6.6.maddesine aykırıdır ve hesabınız ile içerisinde bulunan lisansın iptal edilmesine neden olur. WISECP, lisansların bir başkasına transfer edilmesine müsaade etmektedir. Fakat bunun için yürürlükteki lisans ücretinin %20 oranında lisans transfer ücreti ödenmesi gereklidir. Benzer platformlarda ömürlük lisans transferi mümkün olmadığı düşünüldüğünde, bu çok iyi bir olanaktır. Fakat transfer ücreti ödemekten kaçınmak için bu gibi eylemlerde bulunulmasını maalesef kabul edemiyoruz. Bu konuda size yardımcı olamadığımız için özür dileriz. İyi çalışmalar.
