I am have using this for several years, its great tool to trade, but there are always chances to improve it, In my opinion, Need to add 1- More Charting tools and studies and most importantly Its not available on smart phones, which I feel sometime much lagging trading and marketing edge.

AbleTrend 7 is a great program, as is the WinTick add-on. Customer Service is very responsive. The only negative I have is the web site could use some work regarding information on how to use the AbleSys program; there appears to be a lot of information/videos that are out of date regarding how to use the program to find stocks to purchase. When I speak with the AbleSys reps on the phone, and ask a question which concerns the info shown on the web site; I am told, we do not do it that way anymore. It is true, they offer great live training on how to use the program and are happy to answer my questions, but it would be nice if the web site information is up to date. Also, I have been unable to find anything like a User's Manual that walks me through what the various icons do in the software, how to set them up, how to use the scanning feature, how to see which stocks are being tagged in the scanner, etc. The AbleSys program has several different AbleSys indicators; it would nice if the web site listed the differences in these indicators, without having to call Customer Service. A significant amount of questions are required of the reps to understand how to use the program to it's maximum potential. To put this in perspective, would I purchase the program again with these documentation issues? Yes I would.

While using the Able Sys product, the experience has been excellent. My criticism of the product resides in my product upgrade experience. I am using Ninja Trader. The upgrade process for Able Sys did not finish smoothly and gave notice of a disparity in some variables. The problem at that time after the upgrade was not apparent in its usage but I had doubts and wanted to be sure the upgrade was properly installed. I called tech support and my experience with tech support was excellent. The system tech took control and ensured that all components were the proper level. One was not current and that was corrected according to my understanding. In general usage the product is excellent but the upgrade process needs some improvement. The software is easy to use, but it could be improved upon. The start of the help files could be better to help one get started the scanner need more info. But I'm satisfied with my purchase

Too many stop outs on its own. Needs to be used with supporting indicators. As long as you use some other indicator to help with your stops it is very nine. I am strictly a scalper.

Excellent reliable tool. I use it every time I trade.

Excellent signal generating software with 75 to 80 percent accuracy.

Great software and service but trying to run on a Mac running Windows is a challenge.
