AbleSys CorpReviews of wintick.com

One of the best trading systems that I’ve tried. Not a 100% fail proof one, but which system is? The important thing is clear system to guide you in and out of a trade with clear predefined rules

I value and work with the outputs. Entering stocks and organizing files is somewhat cumbersome.

Most reliable technical indicator I have ever seen User and trading interface could use an upgrade

This is a great product but I'd like the software to do some things it doesn't, like detach a screen and when I enter a market into the software, I'd like to be able to just hit enter instead of use my mouse each time to hit all charts. These are just inconveniences for me, but the software works great.

I've used AbleTrend 7.0 for many years and it's a great trend tracking tool! The signal and algorithm itself is good, is very useful and doesn't need updating but the underlying software which supports display of the signal does and hasn't seen a major update in about 10 years. Little things that could help make the tool (and signal) even more usable haven't been incorporated or corrected, if not currently working well. A few examples needing fixing: (1) The timezone setting does not remember when set to a specific timezone. (2) AbleTrend 7.0 offers a way to determine "most profitable" stocks but I have found it to be inaccurate in some cases. If running a scan covering the last 90 days, the results will include data up to the current price but only as far back as the earliest buy or sell signal. This often results in large amounts of data being excluded in the calculation making a stock look worse of better than it really it. Where 90 days is being reviewed, in this example, in some cases only 30 days of data is being included depending on when signals originally trigger. To get around this issue I have to manually calculate any excluded data for a more accurate read. I do appreciate the semi automation currently provided for calculating "most profitable". This an example of a supporting feature which could benefit from an upgrade. (3) AbleTrend 7.0 software can support multiple workspaces//windows and within each, up to 16 charts. I have found that AbleTrend 7.0 can become unstable the more charts you have open. I have found the software to remain stable with my use of 8 charts open within 1 workspace. I leave the software running all day as a signal provider while I am out and about. Software stability is very important to me otherwise there will be no signals if the software crashes. I used to experience crashes or I would come home to find the software not running. 1 workspace with up to 8 charts open has so far worked for me. (4) In part due to the underlying software platform of AbleTrend 7.0 becoming outdated with today's advances in charting and alerting functionality I would love to see more options made available for integration of the core AbleTrend signal with third party platforms and their charting functionality. I would love to see an Add-On Option made available for the TradingView platform in addition to the current NinjaTrader and eSignal platforms. TradingView is cloud hosted and can be accessed via any device so this eliminates the need to run software on a computer while enabling access from anywhere. Potentially a powerful step forward in access to AbleTrend signals. Alternately a cloud based service which empowers with similar AbleTrend 7.0 functionality and customization, including alerting, scans and the ability to, at least, enter in the values for custom TSPC and Deviation (per chart). This could be provided by AbleTrend 7.0 desktop software if not automated directly within the cloud. (5) I have often found that the educational materials associated with learning and better understanding AbleTrend and AbleTrend signals could do with a makeover to enhance their value and update to sync better with the current feature set. It seems that the software manual might not have been updated in a while. AbleTrend has excellent phone based educational options and their customer support is very good and always prompt! I do love AbleTrend 7.0 and it's better than any other trend tracking software that I've tested but I do also wish the underlying software that supports the signal could be further enhanced or empowered.

wish i had a better data provider for indian markets to drive abletrend engine

Abletrend os the best market trigger software I have ever used. The accuracy of the signals is very impressive. This would be a five star review if all the bugs and non-functional menu items would be fixed. It also could benefit by having a user friendly guide that was updated to the current version of the software.

I have been following and watching the ablesys software waiting for the right opportunity to purchase and start using the software. It is a good product. I wish it had a few more indicators to help with some technical analysis but overall I was happy with my purchase. Just an FYI, have some understanding of the market when using to optimize software.
