The software yearly maintenance policy has been posted online since 2007, at https://www.wintick.com/orders/abletrendAnnual, and our Customer Agreement has been posted online at the Member section of www.wintick.com. When you ordered, downloaded, and installed the software, you had clicked many times of "I Accept" the terms. Otherwise you simply could not order, or download, or install the software.

Sam, just curious why you have bought 2 licenses of AbleTrend and keep using AbleTrend since 2012.

Dave, we value your business. You purchased the version 3.5 in 2010, If you want to switch within 3 months, it's free, but 8 years later it's a part of license agreement there were fees to upgrade to another product.Just like if you purchased a car, and 8 years later, did your dealer give you free to switch? Thanks.

This trading software provides trading signals for any market, it is trying to follow the market trends objectively. The basic calculations were created in 1994, and never changed since then. It's time tested. Working or not for trading mainly depends on the traders themselves.
