I haven't ran into a problem with this casino. I initially loved it because it has every game from so many different providers way more than I've ever seen at any other Casino online. The platform is easy and friendly and so are the chat representatives. But I chose to stop playing here because of the reviews repeatedly saying that they will not honor their payouts when you win that they start ignoring you and you never get your money they never give you your withdrawal from what you win.

That bonus are terrible and need better ones and better pay outs

Please know this casino is a scam! Even after verify your account...they will not pay your winnings and they will not reply at chat and email if they know your user name!!!

Stay away they're a scam! I made several deposits all seemed great, chat was helpful, lots of games and even a vip points to earn and cashback. All excellent UNTIL you win and try to withdraw, ignored emails, live chat stop talking to you when they know your username. They reject the withdrawal even though you are verified with stupid reasons as too many withdrawals so the computer kicks it out. I'm so angry that I was fooled I'm now in the process of disputing the payments as fraudulent as there is no way of ever getting any return even when you win.. If I could give a zero I would, fake casino, fake games nothing more than a bunch of fraudsters EDIT... It's funny how only a week ago there was only 7 reviews all negative, then a sudden jump to 75? Have these people been paid to write lies or do they work for winsmania? I've now had my withdrawal rejected 11 times and they won't speak to me at all & over 20 emails have been ignored!

Scam. Even after verification, been waiting 3 weeks for withdrawal but keeps on getting rejected for illegitimate reasons (such as that they are processing a lot of payments). Sent over 15 emails without a single email response. Live support asks for my username and as soon as I tell them they stop replying.
