They will not respond to emails and the banned me from the chat due to being upset that they won’t self exclude me from their site due to gambling problems. They refuse to assist me and ignore me.

I like the casino and everything works very well after depositing. However upon making a withdrawal it has been cancelled three time due to a system error. I was told it would be processed yesterday and it was cancelled. This has happened three times and I have also been told it will be processed today. I hope it can be resolved soon but I’m getting quite concerned. Update this has not been resolved and my withdrawal has been cancelled 9 times. Very disappointed with this casino and wondering how legit they are at all.
