Don't play here! I tried to withdraw money (400 euros), but there’s been no response after three days. I was in the middle of a free spin round when the game froze; ever since then, it throws up an error whenever I launch it (on both mobile and laptop). I opened a support ticket via chat and was told they would respond within 24 hours. It’s been over 48 hours now, and still nothing has happened. And suddenly, I can't even use the chat function anymore. It all looks very suspicious.

As previously stated it’s a scam- when you deposit here do me a favour and check your bank statement it comes on there as veloxskins.com which is a site that you buy skins for call of duty and Fortnite etc 🤣I’ve won multiple times off the same deposit and always an excuse not to pay out. Please do not deposit here it’s just the same as flushing it down the toilet

Dirty scamming site. Added a £30 bonus I didn’t ask for. Lost that. Deposited £200+ and apparently had to wager down before I could withdraw my funds. Please note this was after losing money before so wasn’t first deposit bonus or any other bonus as I always click no. Please do not use you will be scammed

I have never known a website to be so rude and conning. I had played for 6 hours on a bonus and withdraw my money. They then canceked my money because i went to 5 pound spin.... i couldnt read all of the terms as i struggle with reading and eyesight!! I had told previous members online they did nothing. I emailed them saying that was my money I was entitled to and I soent hours on there website. I then pleaded to just give me the spins which was very very possible that was under 5 pounds as I did not see the terms. I got told to leave a no with rude members of staff called Jack! Very unprofessional, very rude, scamming, no loyalty to any customers to what they put me through. Will be added this everywhere and on fb tick tock and insta. Do not use

Plus point Easy to set up account and deposit money ... Then comes the hard bit getting money out ( not much hope ) i put down bank account details with just forename initial as it appears on the account they refused cashout and want letter explainig why i did not use full name ... 2 proofs of identity and address ... no chance of getting winnings AVOID

Please read this before you lose your money! I lost about £4000 here in a week. I feel extremely stupid for keeping going but it’s my own fault for having a gambling problem. There’s a game on there casino where you can buy a bonus , and gamble it to upgrade it by 5 spins. I went 15 in a row on a 50% gamble losing £300 in minutes on day 1. I should’ve stopped. The odds of that are 32,000/1. Upon complaining to them they fed me some copy and paste answer about rtp, wins and losses… so the following day I made the stupid decision to try again. Unbelievably the same streak happened and I went 15 in a row. 2 consecutive days I managed to hit that streak. 32,000/1 on consecutive days. And if you think that’s bad it got worse. On the 3 rd day trying this I did another 25 spins on it. I won 3/25, and lost them in the second gamble. These gambles are 50% chance. It’s a complete scam do not give them a single penny. Worst part is they fall under a gambling authority in the middle of no where you can’t even directly complain too. I cannot tell you how bad this has made me feel and I wish I could share the screenshots here. I’ve tried speaking to the casino to make a complaint but they just ignore my messages to live chat and my emails now. Do not make the same mistakes I did and I hope you’ve read this before you’ve fallen victim to this. Absolutely disgraceful
