I was very disappointed in this company I had a hard time getting my orders delivered at first so I put my orders on auto delivery for 2 every week then I ended up with 6 orders in 2 days let me tell you how hard of a time I had to make room in my freezers for this. Needless to say I won't be ordering from then again for a very long time. I do like a few of their ice creams that is why I was trying to get them to deliver but I did not need so much I was ordering the 9 pack so that will tell you how many I have.

I wanted to love this product. I ordered 6 pints believing if I did I would eat it no matter what. I couldn’t get past the first couple of bites with any of the flavors I purchased. I’ve tried other, lower calorie, ice creams, i.e. halo, and loved them....yes I know they are about 3 times the calories of Wink, but I would rather eat a 3rd of something I like than a spoonful of Wink. Sorry Wink - didn’t work for me! Additionally - I waited for 3 weeks for the package to arrive.

Okay...maybe you are allergic to everything and cant have soy ice cream, coconut cream ice cream, real ice cream, sorbet, etc etc and you want SOMETHING...well if that's the case, keep looking because this is just awful. i ordered 10 different flavors and not only are they all awful, but they all taste the same. Like some slimy, artificial, flavorless, cold goo. $50 bucks wasted! You know that saying "it's better than nothing"??? Nope. Obviously they hadn't tasted Wink! I ordered this for keto diet and the Keto brand ice cream and Carbsmart are 100 times better than this...

First order arrived completely thawed, threw it away. Company sent another order, arrived slightly thawed. I don't know if the thawing and refreezing made it taste bad but we can't eat it. May just be our taste buds. Well we tried!

Yuck.I ordered the mandatory 4 pints (unfair - would think a small sampler or one pint would allow a potential customer to try the product) and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the product. I opened the Salted Caramel first, took two bites, and threw it in the trash, followed by the other three pints. The taste was very "chemical", which I know the product is advertised as natural but the taste and texture was just plain off. In NO way did this resemble ice cream. Yuck. As requested, my order number is 63107. Thank you for your prompt response and willingness to refund the cost of the product. You get 5 starts for excellent customer service!

It took a month to get product in.. they never returned emails.. and once i got it the product had little to no flavor i mean cinnabun did not taste like it. They all tasted the same after 2 bites and nothing like it states .. stay away.. and i bought bundle of every flavor

An update to this review: the company was quick to get online with an offer to refund my money or give me a coupon for more product (really??). Not only have I not yet gotten the refund but now they don't even have the courtesy to respond to my emails inquiring about the status of the refund. So they get failing grades on both product and customer service! I bought a pint of chocolate and a pint of vanilla and neither of them was edible. The product was not at all creamy and it left a distinctly unpleasant aftertaste, perhaps from the Stevia, which I was surprised to even see was an ingredient. This is not at all up the standard of the other non-dairy dessert products on the market, such as Halo. I definitely will not be buying this again and, if I hadn't opened both containers, would return them for a refund. The company was quick to apologize for my experience and offer coupons for more product or a refund. I elected to take the refund (which I am still waiting to receive).

Took so long to get my order, as soon as I tried to cancel it suddenly it was being shipped. Never did get a response to my email. Poor customer service. As for the ice cream in my opinion was nasty, couldn't even get one bite down. So disappointed!
