Ordered their sampler of 12. They arrived on time and were well packed so that they arrived frozen. That's where the good part ends. These taste terrible. I have tried the Cinnamon Bun, Strawberry Cheescake, Pumpkin latte, and cake batter flavors and they have no flavor and leave a filmy after taste. I wish I'd searched the company for reviews before wasting $65. There are better tasting products out there.

I placed an order for 4 pints of ice cream to be delivered to my house they took my money and have yet to send out anything. This was a week ago, so I have tried to call and leave messages but no one answers this stuff is a scam don’t waste your money at all.

Ordered after seeing on instagram, thought I'd give it a try. Delivery was fine, came perfectly packaged. I order 4 flavors, tried the vanilla and I thought it was awful. Had my daughter try, same opinion. Was bummed I had to throw away. No fault of the company, just did not taste good at all.

I was so excited to receive my order to supplement my Keto program. I purchased 6 pints of a variety of flavors (Salted Caramel, Choco Mint, Strawberry Cheesecake, Lemon Cake, and S'Mores) in order to discover a "favorite" for future purchases. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The "flavor" of this product is not only unpleasant it's offensive. I opened every flavor and could barely tolerate a tiny bite of each due to the overwhelming chemical taste and aftertaste. All pints taste the same with a slight artificial undertone of something trying desperately to resemble the name of each "flavor." I am shocked and surprised that any company would try to pedal this as something palatable, and at $8 a pint no less. Throwing it out. Order number 73980

If I could give zero I would on the ice cream. Horrible artificial sugar taste. I actually spit it out. I tried strawberry cheesecake, cocoa dough, salted caramel, and cinnamon. Pitched them all. I don’t typically give reviews but felt compelled on this one.

It's horrible. It tastes watery and leaves a bad after taste. I tried to eat a second spoonful, and somehow, it was so much worse than the first! I spat it out. Wink is trying to keep all of these bad reviews off of Trustpilot by what feels like bullying tactics. They challenged my review by saying it did not address my "buying or service experience, including the level of customer service," so Trustpilot temporarily removed it. That does not have anything to do with the vile, wretched product they are selling, but instead of challenging reviewers, why not improve your product, Wink? According to Trustpilot's posted guidelines, I can write a review if I have "bought, ordered, or used a company's product/service." I bought and reviewed a product. Regardless, the buying experience was five stars when it ended at Plum Market. I did not contact Wink for customer service.

This stuff was Horrible! Tasted just awful- do not waste your money. After notifying the company that we would be posting a review and advising that we would like a refund they did promptly refund most of the money spent. So, the customer service wasn’t terrible, but the product was. They also reported my review and I had to add something about the customer service to have it posted again.

My order arrived incompleted. I was charged with two months after I asked to cancel my subscription. The account never worked. The support guys barely answered.
