Good product, good service, but arrives half thawed.

There are a lot of flavors but they all pretty much taste the same. has a taste kinda like alcohol. Couldn't really tell the flavor between several of them. Would be better if they added more flavoring so you could actually tell which flavor you are eating. I did get one order that was melted but that was due to Fed-Ex holding the order for 2 days. Wink was awesome though. I sent them an e-mail to let them know it came melted and without asking they responded and sent me a new order to replace the melted order.

Their ice cream is awesome, however the shipping could be quicker. The delay in transit has been an issue with me, receiving ice cream that has already thawed. The company was great about it, reshipping the ice cream with more dry ice each time to assure it would get to me frozen. I like the product, so I continue to order it, despite a couple of bumps in the road. It's a great product!

I just started the keto diet about a week ago and was looking for a way to satisfy my need for sweets. Thank goodness I found Wink Frozen Desserts! I can't find Wink in my area, so I decided to try the mail order option! I ordered the 12-pint assorted selection. The order came in very quickly and was frozen as solid as concrete! I'm thrilled and will be ordering from this company again! Thank you so much for making these products!

Wink as a product and organization has grown on me. The first order I didn't hear a thing from them for a month. Paypal had to intervene. They did eventually get back to me and came through and apologized. Very nice people. Taste wise I prefer Arctic Zero but I think WINK is healthier and the flavors are growing on me. As I recall, Arctic Zero had to grow on me too. My second encounter with WINK was because they accidentally sent me another order without me ordering! When I informed them, they were very gracious and gave me the entire order free, so they have made up for the first time. I will order again. Once you figure out the flavors you like, Wink is a low calorie, low glycemic, and fairly paleo friendly, if you don't pig out on it and eat the whole pint like I do.:))))

I have sent several notes to the company about issues and they never responded. This product is a nice replacement for an icy dessert. I wish they had more flavors and the flavors were more intense. Everyone in my family who tried it got very gassy. I gave it high ratings as it is sugar free, low carb, paleo friendly only 100 calories a pint. They use healthy ingredients and it is a great attempt at actually providing something healthy with no sugar, no fat, and very low carbs.

I absolutely adore WINK. I have many food sensitivities and this is the first and only frozen dessert I have discovered that works with me- and I love the taste! I do wish that there were more customer service in the way of emails letting me know if a flavor is out of stock, an order will be delayed, etc; I have had to do a lot of initiation of this communication myself. That said I’m a loyal subscriber indefinitely!

Even though it's a little pricey, Wink desserts satisfy my need for a sweet treat after dinner. This is truly a guilt free dessert and since I have started eating these desserts I've lost 6 pounds.
