I did not like the ice cream. To me none of the flavors taste like the kinds they were kind of a waste of money but the reason I gave three stars was because they were good with the shipping and I was actually impressed on how well they shipped the product but as for taste it is definitely not my cup of tea but don't let my review discourage you , everyone has different taste buds mine just didn't agree.

Hi Lacy, I'm so sorry for this delay. I know the warehouse has been backed up recently, but has been plowing through orders. What is your order number? I will personally look into this.

The automatic shipping subscription option only took place once. We were charged for another month about 2 weeks ago and have not received our next order. The last order we received was a month ago.

Hi WT, I'm so sorry you're experiencing this issue. Do you have an order number I could look up?
Marie
The texture has improved greatly, just need to let it sit a while or set it in front of a space heater, otherwise it is too solid, this is due to lack of sugar I believe. I like having low calorie options because I love ice cream more than any other dessert. I have found a way to enjoy this ice cream and I would buy it again but the flavors really don't taste like the flavor they claim to be, I end up adding stevia, coca powder and frozen banana with the ice cream in the blender. I think it would be worth it for Wink to up the pints to 150 calories but to improve the flavor greatly. I do like the fact that since there is no sugar, you are satisfied after half or the whole pint versus one with a lot of sugar that keeps you wanting more. The price is less than to be desired so they should definitely offer better deals to frequent buyers at least.

Thank you so much for the feedback Marie. I'm sorry our attempts to improve the product didn't appeal to you. Might I ask when the last time you tried Wink was? I only ask because we moved to a much better facility towards the end of last year and it has made a world of difference for product quality. We'd love to send you some so you can taste for yourself! * Please send over an email to me - [email protected]

Could be a tad sweeter for my palate. Refreshing though

Unfortunately, the product is not very tasty. I have tried several flavors, but none do it for me. Customer service is excellent.
