Update:they did send a refund. While I did not request this I certainly have respect for them for that action. I agree that it may not be for everyone which is why I said to try a pint before deciding on a larger order. From the reviews I’ve now seen it would appear that they do refund often. I would rather the company had kept my money and focused efforts on improving the product to be honest. Clearly not meeting expectations for many buyers. It is a good idea though and good organization so surely the product can be improved. I am an ice cream fanatic. I’ve never met an ice cream I didn’t like. Until this. I bought a special package-multiple pack and thought even if it’s not the best I’ll get my ice cream fix without the negative effects. It truly was inedible. I’ve never thrown away ice cream but trashed every single container. Buyer beware. Try one pint first. I can’t describe it well but something like eating a pack of sweet and low. By itself. No flavor I think the positive reviews must be friends and employees.
