I love Wink frozen deserts! However the last delivery happened when I was out of town for a week and when I got home to find it on my porch it was just barely cold .....it had been in the 90's that week .....I don't generally read my e-mail on vacation so a text the week prior would have been nice so I could have delayed the delivery, it doesn't taste quite as good once it thaws and then re-freezes

I love the product itself, but I am an monthly subscriber, and the ice cream takes forever to ship.

Strawberry Cheesecake and Lemon Cake are the best! Too expensive but once in awhile I can do it.

New company has some issues to work out, but at least customer service pulls through. I've had a few orders that were wrong. One, they for got to send half the order, another sent without dry ice and a sloppy mess. Flavors are hit and miss. I strongly advise against dark chocolate, as it tastes like cardboard. I'm not a strawberry fan, but Wink's is good. Vanilla ok, lemon cake ok. Salted Caremel ok too. Not about to venture to others, as it is so expensive. Great option for dairy free, sugar free diet.

I like that is has all good ingredients but they have a weird after taste. They all also seem to taste the same. Very little difference between flavors. It seems like you could have it more prominent and keep it natural. Such as make the chocolate actually taste like chocolate. Or add chunks of strawberry or lemon etc. to those flavors.

While the product is good the last two times it came to me soft and no ice. Hopping it won't happen again

I have a horrendous sweet tooth, so I think my expectations for this ice cream were too high. I did not care for it at all, so I figured I was just out the $ I paid. However, I posted a review stating was not able to eat the ice cream because I didn't like it at all. The company promptly responded, asked for my information and gave me my $ back. FABULOUS customer service!!
