I was so excited to get my order, but it’s been almost two weeks and still haven’t received it. Every time I inquire, it’s a new excuse as to why my order can’t ship out.

Update: Hi Victoria, We responded to you on 09/25/19 regarding having two accounts, whereby you had a subscription to an address that you no longer reside at. Orders were sent to this address, as we were not notified until after it was sent. That being said, we did correct the address on your subscription. Which order number was not sent to your active address? We value you as a customer and would be happy to resend it to your current residence.

most flavors are kind of blah.I let the strawberry sit out until I can stir it then I add some jello and whipping cream and that flavored it up. The shipping is what upset me they did not ring or knock so it sat outside in the heat and melted.The box was on it's side and the containers are topsy turvy .I wrote to let them know and received no answer so I guess they don't want my business.

I have had problems with this company with every order I placed. Customer service doesn’t even respond to your emails either. I have had wrong orders, packages come with open dry bag ice, and my latest with no dry ice and all pints were completely melted. DO NOT order from wink. Just not worth the cost or hassle.

Got last shipment melted had to throw away entire shipment. Tried several times to contact them ignored me ..no more orders are to come to me.had to cancel my card.

I was so excited to finally receive my shipment (after many weeks of waiting and emailing customer service), but it was a huge disappointment! It has no flavor and is, just to put it mildly, down right gross. IF you purchase DO NOT expect it to be ANYTHING remotely close to ice cream or sorbet. Needless to say, it was a huge waste of my money :(

I was so looking forward to the “Dark Chocolate”. It has absolutely no chocolate flavor at all. I ordered 4 pints. Just very disappointed. The only other one I tried was the “Salted Carmel” which only tastes sweet like Stevia, but certainly not a salted Carmel flavor. Too bad. Order #90380
