Hi there, Rauit, I apologize for any confusion caused by the cancellation process. It's not possible for us to charge you for anything unless you choose a plan, add your payment details, and press "Pay". You can cancel by writing to our support or completing the automatic cancellation form on our website. Also, if you made the purchase via 1 of the App Stores, you can cancel them directly via your profile. I was unable to find any of your information with the Trustpilot name - please share your details so I can take a better look. Thank you! Janice T. WingmanX Team

Hi there, Daniel, I would like to clarify that your subscription has already been cancelled, and you have not received any recurring charges since your cancellation request. Please understand that the support team does not work on weekends, which is why there has been a delay in a response. Best wishes, Janice T. WingmanX Team

Hi there, Anthony, I apologize for any confusion that may have been caused. I have taken a look at your case, and it seems it's not exactly clear what these charges are. Firstly, please understand that it's impossible for us to charge you for anything that you yourself do not add to your cart. You did not get charged for anything by "pressing on an ad in Facebook", the charges were processed when you added them to your cart, typed in your payment details, and pressed "Pay". If you have any queries about the specifics of these purchases you have made and how to access them, please get back to our customer support team! Best wishes, Janice T. WingmanX Team

Hi again, Thomas, I'm sorry to hear about this. I can see that our support team provided you with the link to access the app the same day that you wrote an e-mail to us - on the 18th of September. They have now re-sent the same link once more, so you can access the app via there. Best wishes, Janice T. WingmanX Team

Hi there, Richard, Please refer to the e-mails that were sent to you after you made your purchase - they contain a private link to the app and all the other necessary information. If you are unable to find this e-mail, please share your contact details so I can forward it to you. Unfortunately, I am unable to find any account with your Trustpilot name. Best wishes, Janice T.
