More Than a Career Coach—A True Career Cheerleader
I’ve been working with Eric Woodward at Win at Work for more than two years, participating both in his Win at Work group sessions and 1-1 coaching. I can honestly say that his approach to career coaching sets him apart. I’ve worked with other coaches before, but Eric brought a completely different perspective and approach. He doesn’t just give you a list of things to do and send you on your way. He takes the time to understand you, your goals, your strengths, and what you’re trying to accomplish—and then helps you figure out how to get there. One of the things I appreciate most about Eric is how responsive and genuinely supportive he is. Whenever I reached out, he was there. During my job search, he provided practical guidance, resources, encouragement, and the occasional reality check when I needed it. And he has been one of my biggest cheerleaders along the way. What I appreciate most is that he helped me get out of my own way. Eric's support didn’t stop when I landed a job. He continued to mentor me during my employment, helping me navigate my new role, think through challenges, build confidence, and ultimately perform at my best. That level of ongoing support is rare. Eric has been more than a career coach to me—he’s been a mentor, sounding board, strategist, and cheerleader. He genuinely wants his clients to succeed, and you can feel that in the way he works with you. If you’re looking for someone who will actually invest in your success, challenge you to think differently, and be in your corner throughout the process, I highly recommend Eric Woodward and Win at Work. I’m incredibly grateful for the impact he’s had on my career and would absolutely work with him again.
