WillstorReviews of willstor.com

For reference: Order Number: #INV-0092548 Payment Amount: $1100 We opened our wholesale account with Willstore and initially had a very positive experience with your team’s responsiveness. Based on that trust, we proceeded with placing our first order Order #INV-0092548. "$1100" After submitting the payment, I confirmed with my bank, and they clearly stated that the payment was successfully sent to your account. Our Bank even provided documented proof of the successful transfer, which I shared with WillStor. However, your team is now claiming that the payment was rejected. Despite repeated requests, I have not received any proof or notification from you or your bank confirming the rejection or cancellation of the payment. This inconsistency is deeply concerning, and it has now been 10 days without a resolution. My bank has advised me to request a formal rejection or cancellation statement from your end to proceed further and close the issue. They have confirmed that the payment was successfully received by your bank. At this point, all I am requesting is transparency and documented proof so we can resolve this matter professionally. Since the payment was completed, we've received no meaningful updates or support, and our follow-up messages have been left unanswered. This lack of communication is beginning to raise serious concerns about the integrity of this transaction. If this continues, we will be left with no choice but to explore formal options to recover the funds and report the matter accordingly. Note: this is scammer because 2 months past and this supplier has blocked us after getting the payment
